We are having a cardmaking competition at the shop! We gave each contestant a sheet of patterned paper and a sheet of cardstock and told them to use their imaginations, and create a card. They could add any element to the card, but they had to use the papers provided at least in some form. Now we need your help. The prize is a R200-00 voucher for the shop, and we need a winner! Please choose your favourite 3 by voting in the poll in the sidebar. Please leave a comment after voting, as all comments on the blog will also be entered into a random lucky draw, and will win 3 clear stamps by Kaisercraft! Unfortunately the prize is only open to South African participants, but our overseas viewers' comments will be greatly appreciated! And here are the cards - in random order!

ReplyDeleteAloha from Hawaii -- Wow! Everyone did a wonderful job! Thank you for sharing with all of us and even me so far away. You did fantastic. Good luck. You are all very talented. Thank you! This has been a very rough week for us here in the islands and I am still monitoring Japan so this was like a beautiful Rainbow. If anyone wants to penpal with Hawaii, here is my email: chchomehi@aol.com It is a beautiful and breezy day here and we are so grateful for that after the Tsunami warning we have on Thursday night. We had our major crop last year on the TW day last year and it was within 24 hrs this year.
ReplyDeleteOur thoughts and prayers are with the people and friends of those in Japan right now. Hawaii has a close relationship with the Japanese because our islands are very close and we even have a consulate office here.
Good luck to everyone. You are all winners you know. Keep crafting.
Aloha from Hawaii

Kathy P: Interesting cards and hard to choose. I chose my 3 from the numbers I can see but I don't think all the cards are shown because I see quite a lot of votes for No. 1 but I can't see a No.1. Anyway I think the ladies did a great job.
ReplyDeleteI picked 3 from the ones I could see, but like the commenter above me, I couldn't see card #1, and possibly others.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, a great competition and beautiful cards. Hard to choose only 3.
