Cardmaking Class 21 April

On Saturday we had a few ladies who came to learn how to make cards using left over scraps of papers and the Heat Embossing Resist technique with stamping and blending with Distress Ink.  It was a lot of fun and the ladies made the most beautiful cards!

Marinda was a complete newbie, but she took to cardmaking like a fish to water!  We are sure we will see lots more of her and her enthusiasm was contagious!  So often we get “used” to what we do, and we lose a little of the magic!  That is why we love new scrappers and cardmakers – they make us fall in love with our hobby all over again!

Louise was not there to make cards, but to work on her amazing cookbook – all in black and white with a hint of red…….We can’t wait to see what it is going to look like once it is finished!  This project has been a long time coming, and we are so happy that she finally has the time to come and play!
