Cardmaking Class 21 April

On Saturday we had a few ladies who came to learn how to make cards using left over scraps of papers and the Heat Embossing Resist technique with stamping and blending with Distress Ink.  It was a lot of fun and the ladies made the most beautiful cards!

Marinda was a complete newbie, but she took to cardmaking like a fish to water!  We are sure we will see lots more of her and her enthusiasm was contagious!  So often we get “used” to what we do, and we lose a little of the magic!  That is why we love new scrappers and cardmakers – they make us fall in love with our hobby all over again!

Louise was not there to make cards, but to work on her amazing cookbook – all in black and white with a hint of red…….We can’t wait to see what it is going to look like once it is finished!  This project has been a long time coming, and we are so happy that she finally has the time to come and play!

Remember that you can come and play any day – even when we have formal classes!  Our classroom is now big enough to accommodate 14 ladies at any given time, with enough elbow room!!  We made sure of that when we planned the new classroom!  Remember to visit the shop for loads of new stock that has just arrived, the most amazing scrapbooking supplies and cardmaking supplies – new stamps, patterned paper, Martha Stewart Punches for sale and more! We also stock a huge variety of Scrapbook Albums to store all your precious memories and we have just received a new shipment with a huge variety!   Visit our Facebook Page and “like” us – we update our page daily and you will never miss a thing and hear about all the specials as they happen!  Also sign up for our newsletter and be the first to know about our weekly specials and new stock! Have a good day and enjoy your week!
